Take a look at Credit Bureau Asia! No longer undervalued as it ran plus 50% in a year, but high-quality business nonetheless.

I own it. I uploaded my research to GPT in order to prepare a concise investment thesis. I think pretty much sums up why I think it’s great:

“Credit Bureau Asia is a high-margin, asset-light, founder-led company with a dominant market position in Singapore’s financial institution (FI) data space and strategic exposure to high-growth Southeast Asian economies. Its consistent 17%+ net margins, strong cash conversion, and debt-free balance sheet support resilient operations even during economic downturns. The company benefits from entrenched relationships, high switching costs, and regulatory tailwinds in underpenetrated markets like Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar, where demand for credit transparency is surging.

With its expansion underway in Vietnam and a scalable, data-centric business model, Credit Bureau Asia is well positioned for sustainable long-term growth, supported by favorable demographics, increasing financial inclusion, and superior capital allocation. The investment carries low downside risk due to its conservative financial structure and recurring revenue stream. “

It’s like Equifax but in early stages of growth in markets with favorable demographics and huge potential for financial instruments (eg. credit cards).

My cost basis is 0,903. Seems I almost couldn’t time it better, but I considered it on a richer side of valuation at 0,90-0,91.
